Getting Started
Getting started is easy! Simply create a free account, and you can begin recording and transcribing consultations immediately. No credit card required for the free tier. Our onboarding guide will walk you through the key features.
Just a modern web browser (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, or Edge) and a microphone. Your laptop's built-in microphone works fine, but for best results in noisy environments, we recommend a USB microphone or headset.
Senvaro is a progressive web app that works great on mobile browsers. You can add it to your home screen for an app-like experience. A dedicated iOS and Android app is on our roadmap.
Features
We use Azure Speech Services which provides high accuracy on clear audio. Accuracy can vary based on audio quality, accents, and background noise. We recommend using a good quality microphone for best results.
We currently support SOAP notes, progress notes, consultation notes, and discharge summaries. Each format is structured according to clinical standards and can be edited before signing off.
Absolutely! You can edit any section of the generated note inline before signing off. We encourage you to review and refine notes as needed. All edits are tracked in the audit log.
Currently, you can copy notes to paste into your PMS. We're working on direct integrations with popular practice management systems. Enterprise customers can request custom integrations.
Security & Privacy
All data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest. Patient data uses additional field-level encryption. Patient and clinical data is hosted on secure Australian infrastructure; billing data is handled by Stripe for payments.
Patient and clinical data is hosted on Australian infrastructure. Billing data for payments is processed by Stripe and may be stored outside Australia. We're designed with healthcare privacy requirements in mind, including encryption, access controls, and comprehensive audit logs.
Only authorized users in your practice can access patient data, based on their assigned role. We use role-based access control with clinician, receptionist, and practice manager roles. All access is logged in our audit system.
Yes, you have full control over your data. You can delete individual consultations or request complete account deletion. We also support configurable data retention policies to automatically delete old records.
Billing & Plans
Yes! Our Solo plan is free forever with 10 consultations per month. For Pro features, we offer a 14-day free trial with no credit card required. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time.
Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately with prorated billing. Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) through our secure payment processor, Stripe. Enterprise customers can pay via invoice.
We'll notify you when you're approaching your limits. Once reached, you won't be able to create new consultations until the next billing cycle, or you can upgrade to a higher plan. Your existing data remains accessible.
Technical
Senvaro works best on the latest versions of Chrome, Firefox, Safari, and Edge. We recommend Chrome for the best recording experience. Internet Explorer is not supported.
Recording requires an internet connection for real-time processing. You can view previously generated notes offline if they've been cached. Full offline support is on our roadmap.
Direct recording uses WebM format optimized for speech. If you need to upload pre-recorded files, we support MP3, WAV, M4A, and WebM formats up to 25MB.
